ABC Student of the Month Selection On-Line Form
This is the on-line form to be filled out by the nominating teacher for the Student of the Month. It should be filled out on-line and the results will be emailed to ABC with a copy going to you. This is an excel spreadsheet of all the students who have been honored as a Student of the Month from 1983 - December 2007. Nominees can receive recognition once for Kindergarten thru Grade 8, and once during Grades 9 thru 12. Please check the list thoroughly before submitting your nomination.
This is our grant request form. It needs to be returned to Laurie Laird at the district office if you would like to request money from A+BC. Instructions for grant submission are included. The deadline for grant submission is the last Monday of the month.
